  • If you’re overwhelmed, not feeling like yourself, confused about a personal situation, or experiencing anxiety or depression, these are all these therapy can help with.

  • Getting started is simple. Click on the “book now” button at the top and schedule a first meeting with me.

  • Clients find themselves comfortable with me and feel they can share things without judgement. I also welcome your sense of humor, as I do believe it can be healing.

  • Email is going to be the best way to contact me. During the day, I’m working with folks and like everyone else, I’m receiving 100 spam calls a day. I do not save your number in my phone for privacy, so I wouldn’t know you called. My email is: hello@huckleberrymentawellness.com

  • I’m working through the credentialing and contracting process with many insurances. Those include: Premera, First Choice, Kaiser, Regence, and Aetna. Please reach out and I can check out insurance coverage to see what your out-of-pocket cost might be. Currently, without insurance or if you deductible applies first, my initial session is $200 and ongoing 53-minute sessions are $165.

  • Collaborative, empathetic, and accepting.

  • These terms are used interchangeably and for simplicity, you can keep doing that. You can read more at the link below, but I can help with a variety of issues. My goal as a mental health counselor is for you to feel you no longer need me. Sometimes this is achieved in a few sessions or a few years and sometimes you return to counseling. It’s all normal and part of your individual process.

  • Here are some reasons I would refer you to different care:

    • active suicidial or homicidal ideation - please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

    • Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)

    • unmanaged Bipolar Disorder

    • evaluation for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder)

    • Medication management

    • Currently struggling with addiction.

    • You don’t have any goals, it’s hard to help if we both don’t know what you are looking for.
